Paquette Mancarella & Company, LLC was formed on January 1, 2022 (as part of the de-merger of another accounting firm) because the firm's Partners saw an opportunity to serve growing, closely-held companies in need of quality service at a reasonable cost, on both a personalized and timely basis. The Partners also saw an opportunity to create and maintain an environment where creative, people-oriented professionals could practice accounting without the bureaucratic constraints inherent in a large firm. This approach has proved to be the foundation of our growth and success.


Our firm currently consists of two partners, with a total of approximately four employees.


Our personnel have worked extensively with closely-held companies and their owners over the years.
